Staff were delighted to participate in the Dementia Friendly Inverclyde initiative and welcomed the opportunity for our libraries to be audited with a view to improving access to people both living with dementia and supporting those who do.”

As part of our induction training, all new staff watch an introductory video that we created and complete the online training courses. We also have staff attending the in-depth awareness session that helps Cloch become more dementia friendly.”
