As our Living Well Development Officer, you’ll work alongside people to help them make small and important changes in their life which shifts the focus from what’s the matter with them, to what matters to them.

Building the resilience of our people and communities by considering what’s strong, not what’s wrong, we nurture an environment of care and compassion where people are empowered to respond to life’s journey.
